Tecklenburg & Jenkins, LLC was established by Paul F. Tecklenburg, who has practiced law in Charleston since 1988. Other attorneys in the firm are Rivers T. Jenkins III, partner; Gary E. English, and W.J. “Joe” Jacumin, associates; and R. Randall Bridwell, of counsel. We practice general civil law, typically defending companies or individuals who have been sued, and also providing general business representation, with an emphasis in transportation and maritime law. Additional practice areas include real estate, business organizations, collections, admiralty, railroad defense, construction, workers’ compensation, transportation, environmental claims, products liability and other areas of commercial and civil law.
