W. Joe Jacumin, JR

W. Joe Jacumin, Jr. is an associate with the Tecklenburg Law Firm, LLC.  The primary focus of his practice is real property, corporate organization, home owner associations, transactions, and general litigation.  Prior to joining Tecklenburg Law Firm, LLC he handled complex commercial and residential real estate development in the Charleston area.

Mr. Jacumin is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina, and before the United States District Court for South Carolina.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School.

Mr. Jacumin is a member of the Real Estate and Environmental sections of the South Carolina Bar, member of the Charleston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
