Our Business practice also represents various transportation businesses. Our attorneys have represented clients in such maritime business matters as charter parties, vessel construction, ship mortgages and vessel documentation. We also assist clients with transportation agreements utilized in every mode of transportation, including rules and regulations utilized by trucking companies.
